Victoria Relva holds an M.A. in Public Administration and has worked for more than 18 years with such projects and companies as People’s Self-Help Housing Corporation, the Housing Authority, National Foreclosure Company and Vanguard Lending Group, where she serviced a portfolio as large as $50 million. Victoria has also been a part-time lecturer for the City & Regional Planning Department through Cal Poly State University.
With years of experience in real estate and financing, Victoria takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships through successful real estate transactions and smart portfolio management. She takes a customized approach with individual investors to expand each client’s investment opportunities whether purchasing a foreclosure, lending money for development, or buying wholesale real estate directly from banks.
